Pizza Box

Also known as: FEFCO 0426

A pizza box is cut from one piece of corrugated board and sets up without tape: the side walls fold double and the lid hinged at the back locks with a front tuck. It is delivered flat and set up in seconds.

Its low, wide shape suits flat products; besides pizza it is used for cakes, pastries and desserts. Direct food contact requires food-safe paper and inks, which should be stated when requesting a quote.

What you can customise

Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.

Size: Inner dimensions are set to your product; the case size can be tuned together with pallet and courier volume limits.
Flute: E flute (about 1.5 mm) is thin and prints well; B flute (about 3 mm) is the most common case; C flute and BC double wall are for heavy loads and high stacking.
Liner: The outside can be brown kraft or white; the paper weight is chosen for the product weight, stacking height and shipping conditions.
Print: Flexo print, or offset-printed paper laminated onto the corrugated board; laminated print gives e-commerce boxes a more vivid look.
