Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated Auto-Bottom Box
Also known as: Crash-lock corrugated box
The corrugated auto-bottom box brings the bottom of the paperboard model to thin E-flute board. The bottom flaps are glued at the factory; the box arrives flat and the base sets itself as soon as it is opened. A tuck lid closes the top.
It is the fastest corrugated box to set up. The paperboard version is on the Auto-Bottom Box page and the version with case flaps on top is the Crash-Lock Bottom Carton.

What you can customise
Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.
- Size
- Inner dimensions are set to your product; the case size can be tuned together with pallet and courier volume limits.
- Flute
- E flute (about 1.5 mm) is thin and prints well; B flute (about 3 mm) is the most common case; C flute and BC double wall are for heavy loads and high stacking.
- Liner
- The outside can be brown kraft or white; the paper weight is chosen for the product weight, stacking height and shipping conditions.
- Flexo print, or offset-printed paper laminated onto the corrugated board; laminated print gives e-commerce boxes a more vivid look.
