Telescope Box

Also known as: Two-piece telescope case, FEFCO 0320

A telescope box is made of two half cases: the base and a lid a few millimetres wider that slides over it. With the lid fully removable, the product goes in and comes out easily.

The lid can be made as tall as the base if needed; the side walls are then double and the case stacks more strongly. Both parts are delivered flat.

What you can customise

Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.

Size: Inner dimensions are set to your product; the case size can be tuned together with pallet and courier volume limits.
Flute: E flute (about 1.5 mm) is thin and prints well; B flute (about 3 mm) is the most common case; C flute and BC double wall are for heavy loads and high stacking.
Liner: The outside can be brown kraft or white; the paper weight is chosen for the product weight, stacking height and shipping conditions.
Print: Flexo print, or offset-printed paper laminated onto the corrugated board; laminated print gives e-commerce boxes a more vivid look.
