Regular Slotted Carton

Also known as: RSC, shipping case, FEFCO 0201

A regular slotted carton is cut from one piece of corrugated board, side-glued and delivered flat. The flaps on the top and bottom of all four panels are the same length; the long flaps meet in the middle of the case and are taped shut.

What you can customise

Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.

Size: Inner dimensions are set to your product; the case size can be tuned together with pallet and courier volume limits.
Flute: E flute (about 1.5 mm) is thin and prints well; B flute (about 3 mm) is the most common case; C flute and BC double wall are for heavy loads and high stacking.
Liner: The outside can be brown kraft or white; the paper weight is chosen for the product weight, stacking height and shipping conditions.
Print: Flexo print, or offset-printed paper laminated onto the corrugated board; laminated print gives e-commerce boxes a more vivid look.
