Corrugated Snap Lock Bottom Box

Also known as: 1-2-3 bottom corrugated box

The corrugated snap lock bottom box cuts the same blank as the paperboard model from thin E-flute board. The four bottom flaps fold in sequence by hand and interlock without glue; a tuck lid closes the top.

The fluted board carries heavier products than paperboard and protects them better in transit. The paperboard version is on the Snap Lock Bottom Box page.

What you can customise

Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.

Size: Inner dimensions are set to your product; the case size can be tuned together with pallet and courier volume limits.
Flute: E flute (about 1.5 mm) is thin and prints well; B flute (about 3 mm) is the most common case; C flute and BC double wall are for heavy loads and high stacking.
Liner: The outside can be brown kraft or white; the paper weight is chosen for the product weight, stacking height and shipping conditions.
Print: Flexo print, or offset-printed paper laminated onto the corrugated board; laminated print gives e-commerce boxes a more vivid look.
