Hexagonal, octagonal, decagonal and hand-made fancy boxes form a separate group outside the standard models. Each is designed from scratch for the product and the brand.

We develop the die-line systems for these boxes ourselves and refine them with mock-ups when needed. Mock-ups are prepared after the project is approved and are charged.

What you can customise

Every pack is made to order for your product and brand. Each of the points below is decided together at the quotation stage.

Shape: Number of sides, proportions and lid type (lid and base, hinged, drawer) are set per project.
Size: Inner dimensions are set to your product to the millimetre; you are not limited to stock sizes.
Board thickness: Chosen for the weight and feel of the box; we recommend 1.5, 1.8 and 2 mm and use imported board where possible.
Wrapping paper: Coated, kraft, textured specialty papers or book cloth; outer and inner surfaces can be chosen separately.
Print and finish: Offset print, matte/gloss lamination, hot foil, embossing and spot UV can be added one by one.
Inside surface: A plain white/black or a printed interior changes the cost noticeably; it should be specified in the brief.
Insert: Foam, cardboard dividers or EVA keep the product fixed inside the box.
